The MISSION OF NCEA is "to enhance the association members' services to their customers through education and information exchanges."  The OBJECTIVE OF NCEA shall be "largely educational and for the fullest development and advancement of the art and science of the production, distribution and use of electricity for light, heat and power for public service."  The GOAL OF NCEA is to "improve our educational workshops by creating better programs and by increasing member participation."  SINCE 1919, NCEA has provided services and has grown to serve investor-owned electric utilities in the North & Central region of the United States.
